GPGSLRS ANNOUNCEMENT
The performance values for season 3 are official.
Originating from drivers continuity formula, introduced in January 09.

-RULES CHANGES IN SEASON 3: ENGINE CAP
Engine horsepower is capped at 810(race),830 (qualifying)
Howevever when a team uses boost it can go over the limit

NUMBER OF RACES
There will be 17 races in season 3.

BOOST TO PASS
Power boost will now be introduced for both races and qualifying.
16 extra BHP is allocated to all teams, which can use it all at once or spread out over the season.
If a team enters at any point in the season, it gets one horsepower per race remaining. (if it enters with 13 races remaining it gets 13BHP naturally f.e.)
. No boost can be used in first race, so there will be 16 horsepower boost, and a potential new team that enters before the season obviuosly also gets 16bhp, though there are 17 races remaining.

15-16=bhp boost at once will mean failure variance of 4000
12-14=3500
11bhp boost=3000
10=2500
9=2000
8=1700
7=1500
6=1300
5=1200
4=1100
3=1000
2=900
1=800


Boost can be used all at once or spread out.

The system (interactive, race to race,designated senders etc.,)of sending info to Stuart(Stoopid) via PM stays the same.

DRIVER'S PERFORMANCE BOOST
Drivers will get 50 extra performance points for four race weekends they can choose themselves, however information will be sent in advance before the season begins to Stuart (Stoopid) via PM. Boost will affect both qualy & race points.
If a driver enters the series after the 5th race, the driver will get 3x50 points to set.
If a driver enters the series after the 9th race, the driver will get 2x50 to set.
If a driver enters the series after the 13th race, the driver will get 1x50 to set.
Minimum or maximum boost at once is 50 points.
A new driver will have to send the info before the 9th race begins, to be given the 3x50 boost for example, otherwise he/she will be "defined" as entering after race 9.
If a test driver becomes race driver, he/she does not get any new boost, but Friday free practice boost of a certain race weekend he/she chose will be transferred into qualy/race boost.

Any additional changes in rules will be announced before the season begins.

I haven't no, but I can certainly do a temp one and pm to ya. There isn't an official race drivers perf either until we know what's happening at TN.

As far as I know I'm staying as race driver at TN Final word lays with Dan though

You're jolly well welcome to the test seat if you want it ut i rather thought a race seat at another team would be more your thing?

Just had a quick look at the driver line-up, and I can't see any free race seats anywhere Tom... I could always be looking at the wrong thing though! :-P But yeah, a race seat would be fantastic, if anyone will have me?

For IER their full name is Italian English Racing, so instead of Italian Eng, just put "IER"
