***** Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours 2008_RELEASED *****

Ok

having a weird problem with this track. its happened about 5/10 times already at fairly regular intervals. what happens is suddenly my screen starts to flicker and then goes black. by ctrl-alt-del or windows button i can either get back to the desktop or even to the 'return to cockpit' menu but its still a very frustrating problem.

here is the message i get after it happens

I havn't tried the track, Looks good though .

One thing, from martins videos, doesn't it look like there's no grass, and its all grasscrete :s???? I hope im wrong lol, maybe its just the texture doesn't look too much like grass?

No, the quality of teh video is that bad that you cannot see the grass pattern...you have to try ingame

same problem in here...either game freezes or screen goes to black...then same error message.

hmm...

i have a Nvidia 9800GT btw.

and I Have Nvidia 8600GS 512mb ...just tested and this track does work perfectly in my other pc that has Nvidia 7600 gt 256mb.

damn guys, why are you releasing these tracks now when I can't download them

just kidding, looks awesome! can't wait until my computer comes back

About the problem some of you have: I personally have everything running fine (WinXP SP2 / Nvidia 6200) and right now we don't know what could be causing it, and sincerely it will not be easy to find out, but we'll do our best. By the way: that message is from Windows Vista, isn't it?

yes, it is a weird problem and i cant imagine a solution would be easy to find...

it happens with both hi-res and normal versions as well

I can confirm with GeForce 7600 GS, drivers version 178.13 and Windows XP SP3 it's ok.

Try updating your drivers. I'm going to do it now...

my other pc does use windows vista and directx 10 and there this track doesn't work...other pc does have windows xp and directx 9c ,track works perfectly.

this track works perfectly in windows vista business sp1 PT-BR (GFX 8600 GT 256MB GDDR3 - directx 10 - nvidia 169.44 driver) with latest updates... was doing a "shakedown" less then one minute ago. :p

EDIT: i don't have the high-resolution version

it looks like it is not a vista problem, a blanket nvidia problem or a directx problem - maybe it is a drivers issue. i'll try and update them and see if it works
