Running GP4 off External HD

Hey all Long time no see hehe.

Been at least a year now since I played GP4, I had to uninstall it since I had no room on my hard drive. Shame really as some of the mods/tracks/add-ons are amazing.

Therefore, i've recently bought a Seagate 500GB HD and was wondering if it would be possible to run GP4 off that. At first glance myself i'd say yes since I can play media files and other stuff off there as quick as the built in HD in my tower.

So yeah, any ideas/feedback would be very gratefully recieved as i'd love to get back into playing this game.

well, I've tried my GP4 from my 500GB external HD and it worked quite fine

well, it can be.. and I don't think you should play it to long in the E-HD cause I asume it will get very hot. It's always better to play a game from the computer harddrive

ive played gp4 off a 2gb flash drive before:D was fun
