Or can you change the no. of laps in MD as well and adjust the pitstops to it and then set it to 100%. (but max laps will be lower)

The rules look fine to me. As I'm running the races at the moment, they'll be 100% with 60 min qualy. Weather forecast for Rio is rain, probably bucketing, maybe even cats and dogs. All sessions will be recorded direct to dvd. Oh yeah, hilarious post by BAR#10, had me laughing.

Dont want to spoil your fun but its quite sunny here in Rio atm :P

We already had a wet race in Rio W300. But well, the weather forecast does predict rain for this weekend, although I dont think it will, its thursday and i havent seen a big dark sky yet
