Who wants to map forever? :-P

This time it's not a car nor a MOD. I've spent some time during the last days developing an idea that came through my mind after my friend Raul asked me several times to explain him how to properly map a car. And, as I had just started mapping another McKey's 1994 car, I decided to go for it. What I came up with are 142 shots that describe the boring and tedious process which is mapping a car, each one with instructions, suggestions, descriptions, etc...
I hope this one will help other people to develope their mapping skills or to learn how to properly map their own car. And for all those who will decide to start their "mapping adventure" with this tutorial, keep in mind that everything explained there is only an example. Mapping hasn't got strict rules, what matters is the final result! :)

yay, would be great if more people started mapping, it's not too hard either :)

I do some things slightly differently, but even I learnt something new with this!

Thank you Diego.
it will save time for me to not have to map here and here
some parts of different cars or cockpits :)

Anyway All I did has been done with pleasure...but now, you (they know who they are) don't have any excuse to not do it by yourself lllllllooooollllll

That will be amazing, but I have to learn almost from zero... will take ages for me to map a whole car in a few days... ;)

Thank you guys! I'm really happy you appreciate my efforts on this one. And I hope it will help you as much as possible! It's just great for me to see even experienced and great guys as Kev or Maikel saying they've learnt at least a little hint from this one! :)

Brilliant piece of work my friend! It's very complete and will surely help lots of talents to a new level of understanding 3d.

Funny, I never usaw the importance of the MUL button, I see that you do :-) I always use SEL in object level, select the objects I want and then get into face level. I also use the separated selection a lot.
