>Yes, it's true, because the dat that came with instanbul was sc03.dat, as it was made to replace interlagos, I created the magic file from track 3, which has these numbers. As I explained before, I had created the istanbul.wad before (the first version), so I didn't install the track using TSM, I used TSM only to extract the interlagos.wad and sc3.dat and modify them to instanbul.wad and istanbul.dat.
But, it's OK now, it's clear to me where is the problem, I'll change the values of sector to 1 and 0 and I'll reduce the pre pit speed limit, I'm assuming these changes will solve the problem, so, the other guys that had the same problem can use the same solution.

maybe you should download it again as i think the dat is istanbul_2005.dat
extract the magic data from the track, not from the exe. the track already had good magic data so i'm a bit confused why you editted it at all?

OK, I'll do it, because I'm sure the .dat that was extracted by the TSM was a sc03.dat (same name as interlagos).
I did it that way, because the c-magic tutorial to create magic data explain that you can do it only using the original number of the track, which was the track 3, the program didn't open the option to put a name, like istanbul_2005 to extract magic data, how do you do it?

try the track with tsm, or
try it manually as it is. just rename to s1ct..
it should be fine as the track has md already.
default tracks have noen as its stored in the gp4.exe, but a track with md will over right that

OK, the pit problem was solved, I just changed the numbers for pit as Tony said, 1 and 0.
But, didn't solve the problem of crash, as I saw the pit problem solved, I started the race, but it crashed at lap 24, it means, the problem is aleatory, first time crashed at lap 34. So, I load the game again, as I saved it before at lap 20, click accelerated time and the race finish without my car, I will wait for my next champ, I'll try new CSM and MP2006 to see if the problem will not happen again, at this champ, I gave up, I'm going to Monza.

is there a chance to correct the pitboxes to the right places, so that the cars are in the correct pit position? i noticed, that some of the cars are dissapearing in half of the pitbox walls and some boxes are still closed.

Yeah I installed it like it said. The thing is all the wads are extracted and there is no central wad file.

Hm...it seems to be a specific problem. Try reinstalling the track, or maybe in another slot, or renaming some files. I really don't know the reason for your problem.
