damn! i almost peed myself :-P

Firstly, big thanks to everyone who made this mod available for release. I downloaded the mod, then downloaded CSM 1.26 only to find I need to have an original "GP4.exe" file...I'm just asking..what ever happened to mods where you just dropped a cars.wad and other important files into the GP4 folder?

Still haven't been able to install the mod yet

Hang on... i've got the same problem as Toto87 :S

You can disable the wad and exe checks in the CSM options. Its not recomended to though as CSM and mods work better with a clean installation.
Click on Help->Update to download the latest updates for CSM. Theres updates now and then so you might want to enable Auto update.

does this mod include the gpaedia updates by me?

no go for me too im afraid,its the same trouble i had as the 05 mod,i even tried to install the cars manually but i cant even open them in 3d editor,hence the game crashes when i insert them into the wad..

same here when installing a car manually in a wad it goes back 2 the desktop
@Tony i want 2 play the game without csm but can't update the cars.wad

Just a quick question for current non CSM users like my note-book can we extract the cars and load them into your personal wads, I don't quite understand the locked part?

nope can't it goes back 2 the desktop

oh man! so when can guys like us who are in the olden era get the track specific cars and stuff eg stiffler's mum's cockpits and ra106 and more

@Tony: You didn't answer my question about the CSM asking for 1.25 when running the mod. Do you have any idea why it might be doing this?

Will you be updating this carset as new stuff comes out Tony? I mean, kizz has a million versions of the Honda on his hd, I still haven't finished the str update on the shape for hockenheim etc.

@Lee - did you try installing and running the mod, or just manually? What happens if you try the mod?

The files are locked at the authors request. You can't use them without CSM.


Remember to update CSM - Open CSM, click on 'Help', click on 'Check for Updates'
