GP2 2005 Mod *Released*

I'm having the same problems you guys are having.

No I already tried that. I thinks CSM should be banned, everytime there is such a release a lot of people have problems

you did install the csm that is witht he gp2 mod download didnt you?

should we stop 'such' releases?
theres been 500 downloads and maybe 5 people have had problems. so pretty good results eh?
people have had problems with CSM in the past, but its usually been user related rather than anything with the program.
so if you want to send me your logs i'll do what i can, otherwise take some time to read the readme, and the posts about the mod, csm, tsm, the beta mod etc.

Absolutely do NOT stop such releases! Using CSM to mod GP4 is the best method that I've seen yet.

Users with no success yet - Read Tony's README included in the GP2 mod and follow it to the letter. You must CREATE the tracks and load them into a profile BEFORE attempting to use this mod. Or at least I think so given my current brain fog... Time for bed...

Hello Tony. My first reply to you.
I've been waiting for the release of this MOD for a long long (...I felt) time.
Beautiful works. and good designs of interfaces and everything.
I don't mind little bugs at all. What is important for me is I can play and enjoy GP2 series in GP4 'NOW' ! Do I need anything more ? No, nothing else. I'm really happy, GP2 MOD in my hands (PC).
Thanks again to Tony and all authors of this MOD.
I'm looking forward to your and your team's next works !

if you're having trouble then my guess is you've done something wrong.
i noticed a few of those logs are using unpatched version of gp4.exe. that shouldn't but night cuase problems. so get the official 9.6 patch.
also send me your program files/csm/csm.log after trying to run the set.

it is also likely that tracks are causing problems, so if you're loading and it crashes try a few tracks to make sure its not just one track thats not working.
then if it doesnt work, try it without specifying a track profile.
removing this line from your settings/csm.ini:
Profile=SOMENAME.ini

i've posted the logs at SDI's forum, so hopefully we can get it sorted soon.

For me CSM/TSM works fine, for round 13 I am looking for an working Bahrain track,
I have a beta 0.11 version where the cars are flying over Melbourne.
Who can help ? Thanks in advance.

Bahrain track now works with a big jump and driving through some trees on the track,
but it works, also found a new cc-line dat.file that only causes CTD.

Tony please answer my questions on pg2.

I tried to install the Decrypted 9.6 and then install the GP2 mod again and then try if it works.. but it still haven't given any reaction. Here is my second log, maybe you can lead something out of this whats wrong.
