B-Tone's version is the patched no cd version, so u need to apply the official patch 9.6 for gp4, then apply the 9.6 no cd crack...in gpxpatch and csm, if you have done it right, u should be running version 1.02

open data/tweaker/gp4tweak.ini and change:

CustomVisor = 0 ; set to 1 to enable custom visor tweak

Hm, figured that out already... have been brianstorming with Richard, but I still get this error with the pitcrew/engin files in the anim.wad.. strange thing is tho, Richard gave me his anim folder and it still did not work.

I bet I must wait for the CSM .55 release, I got time enough tho. :)

Here you are... I hope you can do something about it. Oh by the way, if I want to drive on the nurnburg for instance, the errors are that the pitcrew are in a "Hi" folder, which isn't in the Anim folder at all.. :S

just downloaded the mod to try it out, but i can't set my wheel up! in the controller options in-game, when i try to exit the menu where you assign buttons, it won't let me select accept (or whatever the actual confirm word is, can't remember what it is), it'll only let me select back, then i lose changes! :s

also, i loaded up a track, and i seem to have about 3 frames a year, is this a common problem or just me being crap? pretty sure i've done everything, just reinstalled GP4, then the patch, then the no-cd, then gpx patch, csm, then the mod. everything appears to have changed as it should have, just got these 2 problems...

use your own f1state.sav file (from original gp4 installation) as well as f1graphics file and put them in Files folder.

should do the trick for both problems.

b-tone, I did some investigating and i'm now 110% sure it's my cockpit that causes the problem... If I drove in T-cam or any other view it works fine but from the minute I change to cockpit *BAM* my pc reboots. Last night I drove a 12 lap race and could drive 11 laps without problems and to test it I went to cockpit view in the last lap and it crashed.

Attached you find my CSM.log and gpxpload.txt

I've found a line in the gpxpload.txt that I found strange to be there:

Debug event: LOAD_DLL_DEBUG_EVENT
Thread ID = 0x00000d84
