konstatin and i have been quietly toiling away, and its about time to show some work off.
this is just a teaser as theres quite a bit more to show, and i'll post some in game shots soon.

the final three are nurburgring, brno and norisring.
and the cars have been updated quite a bit since those shots :)

Theres also a wee site at [dtm2005.altervista.org]
theres not much there now, but maybe more coming.

Nice job! I hope the physics engine of GP4 does not screw up the good intentions.

If the physics don't work, you could always convert to F1 Challenge...

actually, as tony said, we've got a lot more things to show. opel and bth audi shapes are ready, i'm working on mercedes now. we plan to make all the cars and give you an option of disabling 11th team or create your own car - templates for all shapes will be available as additional stuff.
tony is working on the tracks and it's really great effort. i think it'll be the first od with it's own tracks. maybe i'll join him when i finsih the cars.
and yes, the main problem is the physics. but we'll try to do our best. :-)

It looks great, please continue your work for all DTM amd Touring Car fans !
The physics of the 1996-ITC mod by Tony were well, maybe you can modify them.
Thanks to all developers for the great work.

Happy racing from Germany !!!

as mckey says there is alot more done, and i'll gather some more info soon.
i'm just working on the Norisring track which is coming along nicely.

thanks drafi. the physics for this should be a huge improvement on the ITC set, and already the physics are not too bad :)

@mikey - sure is real. check out [www.dtm.de]

@ralphi - why on earth would we give up on it?

So...let me get this....you're making a DTM 2005 mod wich comes with cars etc. AND tracks?

*jaw drops on table*

Actually i've been to the DTM race on Zandvoort this sunday and it was pretty cool. Zandvoort will be a pretty difficult track to make as it has a lot of banking in the curves.
