if u build it like that monaco pic it wil look ace

was also thinking for this damage model, well as the rear tyres dont turn u could have a whell object thats all delated with debris on it so when u lose a rear wheel its still attached but punctured and bits of debris on it

but wouldnt there be a random 5th wheel flying about? rims wont work either

true justa idea, i think sidepods and the nose are the best areas to look at for this kinda damage model

can someone please help us with photos of cars after collisions? particularly we're intrested in broken front wing. we want to analyze how it happens usually to make more realistic damage model...

Bojan, I have quite a small collection of broken cars, as I tried something similar, but wasn't satisfied at all. Your attempt looks superb and I'm curious to the the final version.

Thanks to all. It seems there's a really simply solution which might give realistic results. If few polygons from the tip of the nose are assigned to front wing objects, if you lose a wing, those poloygons will go away with the wing, leaving a hole on the nose, as seen on real pictures above.
