of course it is technical possible, but as mentioned, I don't have the time and I knew few I'd trust to make great conversions who keep my high standard.

There's a small delay because we're trying to implement some new ideas in damage model. The idea is when you crash the nose, it looks crashed, and not like the nose is just cut off.
Otherwise is done, except lower lods.

that's something that crossed my mind, but I was more thinking with suspension damage than wing damage, since the front wings can just get knocked off in real life, and having a "damaged" nose cone object would affect the replacement in the pits I think.

@ b-tone
Don't wait for us, we're still a week or two away.

@ six degrees
Nose cone obviously won't be "damaged", but "cockpit" object will have some polygons beneath nose cone which will look crashed. So effect will be obvious only when nose cone falls off. We're still not sure how is this going to work, or will the results be realistic enough.
Similar thing with suspension, if we leave upper portions as part of "cockpit" object, if you crash your wheel and "suspension" object falls of, there will still be some suspension parts sticking out.
There are many possibilities.

@ Kev188
Release version will probably be the latest possible. They're not changing it much anyway.
