- Every team has the opportunity to take part in Pre-Season and Mid-Season test sessions that occur throughout the season.

- Teams can take part in Pre-Season testing free of charge.

- Teams can attend as many mid-season test sessions as they wish, but must also pay a fee of £750k for each session they do attend.

- At a test session, each team has the option of focusing on improving pace, which increasing their BHP value and also slightly increasing their failure rate, or on reliability which does the opposite.

- Team Managers can choose any of their contracted drivers to take part in a test session. Unless otherwise stated, each team will attend the session using their Free Practice driver lineup.

3) Managers and Managing

- Originally all managers were randomly assigned to their teams.

- If space becomes available in the series the space is offered to the first person on the waiting list.

- Anyone current managing in the series may also apply for any vacant seats. In this case the person who is offered the position is chosen at random.

4) Activity Checks

- Activity checks are carried out on a race by race basis in order to encourage managers to engage with the series. There will be a minimum period of a week between each race.

- If a manager fails to post within the activity window, they will incur the following penalties:

1st Warning - No sanction
2nd Warning - 15 Points WCC Deduction
3rd Warning - Expulsion from the series

- Warnings can be avoided by informing us beforehand that you are going to be inactive.

- If a manager is removed from the series all penalties applied to their team will be rescinded once a new manager is appointed.

Over at Toyota, they are pleased with the testing. A P2 from Vettel is some good timing there.
Over at McLaren, they are also pleased with Massa's time. They are thinking that Kobalainen is "off the pace" compared to Massa.

Honda

So far so good for us at testing. 3rd and 8th is about where we want to be at the moment with lots of car developments to come.

13th and 14th is not what we've expected from today of a testing session for 2007, but it looks good from us and we should be better. Somehow it's tough and I hope we go for a better result.

Super Aguri

Some pretty decent pace today. Petrov 18th and Speed 21st, looks like a great result but still more improvements to do during the test sessions.

About Toyota: Wilson and Monteiro are doing nice testing for us today.
About McLaren: Kamui is really on spot. Liuzzi's pace is kinda out of shape.

11th for Pastor, looks good for him but particularly Pedro has turned down little bit in 20th. So far we have a lot of work ahead of us and it won't be easy.

Super Aguri

We seem to have a good pace finishing 17th and 19th. Montagny looks to feel little bit comfortable with the car but it seems that some other competitors might be tough task. Alguersuari in 19th is ok and possibly good.

What a surprise from Heikki. Both our Toyota boys are doing good.

Williams
Great testing from Jarno. I`m wondering if I should swap Hulkenberg for Truli. Kubica is doing decent too. I think Sutil needs to bed in and he`ll be fine, Hulkenberg isn`t doing bad for a rookie.

Toro Rosso
Great performance from both Wurz and Yamamoto. They`re performing well! Coulthard and Barrichello didn`t do perfect either. I guess it was bad for both teams that session. I`l give them chance to bed in!

BMW Sauber

Great day. We found some pace from there as Ralf goes 5th and Nick in 17th. We're looking forward to Australia and hopefully we can manage a great result from there.

Super Aguri

I think we're satisfied with the test, with Speed 12th gives us a good chance but it looks to be difficult so we don't expect much gains. Petrov finishes last, but for the Russian we expect him a good race.

Pedro in 4th, solid pace for him today for the last pre-season test and Pastor in 16th looks to be some between good and bad for him. I hope we have a good race to Melbourne now.

Super Aguri

We end the pre-season test in a positive, as Alguersuari in 13th is wonderful time for the Spaniard and Montagny didn't get much closer as he ends up in a last place. We're heading to Australia and looking forward to a great race.

Impressive result from Tiago - P2! Wilson is doing fine in 10th.

McLaren
Sixth place for Kamui is not bad. However Liuzzi is far away from his team-mate.

Brilliant result from Jarno, hope he keeps it up! Kubica is doing pretty decent too.

Toro Rosso
Pleased with Wurz as he did well. Yamamoto did decent last time, but this time didn`t perfrom to his expectations. He`s a good driver. I`ll leave this as a one off.
