Erm, why does Silvestre have my helmet in the MPR tester car? I don't remember being on the cloning table.
They are similar, not the same.

Very pleased with pole for Charrel, as well as an encouraging fifth place for Ed.

As other teams continue to struggle to find some form we must, without fail, take this opportunity to build on our fine start to the season.

Sorry Boss, no points again for Snake. Looking at a boost for next race. Truly.... nails painted, stockings without ladders and they still wouldnt let me on the podium

Maybe it's time for TNR to pull the plug. This is beyond bad.

Jenson drives it like he owns it; Lewis drives it like he stole it
Like Carlos said, we're of the pace again, though we're in a better starting position then last race. We should be able to score some points

"If in doubt, Flat out."
GPGSL S9 R5 Spanish Grand Prix - Jerez

Race Day

Buenos tardes race fans and welcome to Jerez once again for the Spanish Grand Prix. Marvin Bumble has completed his grid walk and the cars have lined up after their warm up lap.

The lights are out and it's GO! GO! GO!

Gilson has had the better start, but Jalving has the inside line.

But it's Gilson that comes out on top.

Maverick challenges his former team mate Greenhalgh.

He takes 6th postion from the Aussie and Elleker takes 4th from Legge too.

Gilson leads the field at the end of lap 1.

Fastest lap to Gilson!

Elleker pulls out of Steer's slip stream.

Steer locks his brakes and flat spots his tyres as Elleker slips by into 3rd.

Maverick also passes Legge for 5th.

Standings on lap 2.

Gilson sets fastest lap again at the end of lap 2.

Steer runs wide in turn 1.

He loses three places to Maverick, Legge and Pedersen.

Maverick scampers away from Legge as we get a look at the winners and losers in the top ten.

Elleker is already chasing down Jalving.

Gilson looking 'Rock Steady' in the lead.

An orderly queue seems to be forming behind Warrington.

Jalving on the pit straight is coming under pressure from Elleker.

Lap 5, let's look at the positions so far.

Schieder challenges Horváth, whilst Greidanus, Scala and Somogyi are side by side.

Somogyi takes Greidanus for 17th place.

Elleker is really putting pressure on Jalving now. The Dutchman is saying 'Don't Let Me Down' to his car.

Pedersen locks up at turn 1.

Two time winner in season 9, Gilson still leads and he just 'Can't Get Enough' of it.

Elleker is going for 2nd place!

And takes the position from Jalving.

Legge looks to be losing ground to Pedersen in the MAC.

Edwards still plugging away in 10th, can he finally score some points for TNR.

Looks close, 8th to 18th in the same shot.

Elleker 'Movin On' as he pulls away from Jalving.

Rodríguez has some sort of problem as he slows and is passed by Warrington and Horváth.

A puff of smoke from the back as more cars pass.

Rodríguez is reporting that he has lost water pressure.

Horváth has a slight off in the TNR.

Rodríguez parks his ONE Racer and retires from the race.

Cartwright has made up 5 places and sits just outside the points.

Van Renselaar, on the other hand, is going in the opposite direction.

Brunner makes a hash of turn 1 and is passed by McCarthy.

McCarthy is right behind van Renselaar.

He dives down the inside of the Dutchman, but fails to take the place.

Lap 10. Here are the current positions.

McCarthy tries again

He fails again.

Stay tuned for part two.

11th is much better, let's see what we can do in the race. Points please...

Unless I'm very much mistaken... I am very much mistaken!
Looking pretty good for me!
Pushing on for that first win

This is not looking to good! Not the best start, and I was overtaken by Elleker! Now also Maverick is on my back, the pace is not here. Very difficult to keep the temperature in the tyres.. The AMR pace is looking good..

Race starts: 141 | Points: 886 | Podiums: 35 | Race wins: 10
