If you add the three letter code you might as well add nationality as well. ;-)

It works fine with GPxSet. But TeamEditor complained until I replaced the section named [file] with [File], although it did load the data without problems.

In what way do you see that it doesn't work?

I'm able to read further values from the performance file, but when loading into TeamEditor (and I assume GP3Edit too) it removes the values upon saving. So those tools will have to be changed too...

Simply let's make an extra-file for drivers acronyms ;-). That's the easiest and probably the most stable version for everyone (Y).

@René, if i start a non championship and scroll through the drivers, there are a few driver names mixed up. And this happens with gpxset, because i'm using only a single cars wad and not the csm mod

Yes, I do this now. But since this is a global file, a further customization through the performance text file that overrides the global one would be practical for mods etc.

I still can't see a problem :( Where are you scrolling through the drivers? Please be more specific (a screenshot might help...).
Are you sure it's caused by the blue.tga? I can't imagine a .tga affects this.

i'm scrolling with the up and down arrows to select a driver ingame, but it's solved now and it works without any problems (B)(Y). Dunno why the error appeared before. Sometimes it's really strange

I've added the ability to specify a different driver name code .ini file in the GPxSet performance manager. This way a mod can specify its own codes without harming the global .ini file.

One other thing (maybe already fixed): could the maximum length of team name as read from perf file be extended (compared to Digital 2004) so we can fit in Red Bull Racing Renault?

I'm afraid not. But this reminds me to include the engine name too. Thanks :)
