gp4 suddenly is not starting up

everything worked well and now this morning gp4 is not starting up when i try to load a track. i tried several tracks but when i try to go to qualifyng or the race gp 4 doesnot load the tracks and it hangs??? i even can''t close gp4 ad i have to restart my pc! what now?
