Excellent coverage, well done! 7th and 10th is tasty enough to go home with after the fiasco of being robbed of a win by the questionable track situation.

But in the main series its still clearly a procession up front. Its beyond ridiculous now. Look at the standings!

Jenson drives it like he owns it; Lewis drives it like he stole it

Already done my new lid for Season 9, but I've prepared it so it might end up debuting in Monaco if nobody objects...

(yes, I know it's YET ANOTHER new helmet, but seeing as everyone at Demon uses blue helmets I thought I'd try and differentiate myself a bit...other than being the Demon at the back of the field!)

BIG NEWS IN THE MAC RACING CAMP!!!

With the withdrawal of the Christle VRX team at the end of the season
it has left some people without a secure future in the series

Our talent management division noticed an opportunity that just couldn't
be pasted up and at the last event in Imola have taken steps to gain the
services of a very talented man.

With this announcement it means our two current drivers are on notice as
he will be sliding straight into a race seat next season. I will be watching
very closely over the upcoming rounds at not only results but team dynamic
and making a decision as to who stays in a race seat and who slides in the
the testers seat.

We are very excited to be gaining such a talent. He has clearly shown
the ability to throw around an ill handling car and score solid points on
a consistent basis which is exactly the type of driver we need in our
ever improving but tricky handling car.

So without any further ado, I present to you the very talented and as
of next season MAC Racing Driver.....Michael Pedersen.

Yes ! Greta news for Michael, glad you could find a seat mate !

I would first of all thank Christel for giving me the oppertunity to drive for them, its been challenging but very fun! We´ve had a good spirit in the team despite the lack of results lately and despite what´s been said.

And thank you Mac Racing for giving me the chance to continue in the series! It will be a new challenge for next season to push the team into new territories!

Nice looking helmet!!!! I might have to re-do mine for next season too - from memory, i whipped up my current, basic design in about 30 mins work! And it shows....!!!! AND, also from memory, i was going to use the exact design Daniel Thomas went with??!! LOL!

Sorry for the tables being down at the moment, my account has reached the bandwidth limit :-(. It will be resetted in 3 days, so hopefully you can see the pics again then. I've uploaded the boost tables to another account, as I think they're the ones you need the most atm.

EDIT: @Maikel: I'll add the remaining boost for drivers when I do the tables for the next round. If I dont forget it ;)

Maverick signs new AMR deal

John Maverick today signed a new two year race deal with Aston Martin Racing. With his current contract coming to an end after Silverstone, AMR team boss Stuart Ingers decided to activate the team's option on the Swiss driver's services. "Since John returned to the team at the beginning of the season, he has once again become an integral part of the Aston Martin family. His performances this season, with his two recent wins, have been beyond expectations and the one-stop race rules seem to suit his driving style. His results this season have projected him towards the top of the World Drivers Championship. We look forward to another two years of sublime driving from John."

John Maverick commented futher, "I'm delighted to confirm my contract extension with AMR. It's no secret that I worked hard to achieve the aim to drive races for AMR one day and no matter how the rest of the season turns out, I think I've done a pretty good job already. Hence it was just logical to finally drive more than one season for a team and so I have gladly signed this two year extension with AMR. My thanks go to Stu for giving me this opportunity!"

Stuart Ingers couldn't be drawn further on furture driver signings.
