So what you are saying is that if, for example, Lotus Florists wanted to come into F1, they couldn't be the naming rights sponsor of a team? I don't know if you can stop a legitimate corporation using their name in a team sponsorship.
Until Group Lotus try to change the chassis name to Lotus (which will be a while as they need unanimous support to do it without losing Renault's benefits), I don't think it can be resolved.
