Great job what Kamui Kobayashi was doing, 32/57.

Safety car rule is a joke. It ruined today's race, again. Why FIA can't make out a fair rule for SC?

On the Leiws incident: What about FIA investigating it 20 laps later? What about the stupid penalty?

Best for both Ferraris would have been overtaking the SC.

This race was quite good in other race categories, F1 gets here and it's an absolute bore...

rules are fair, they're for everyone

penalty's not stupid, 20 laps later?, yes it is

Ugh, I'm slowly losing the will to live during this race. FIA make absolutely no sense anymore, they've made so many stupid mistakes with the rules this year. Now they're gonna penalize half the field?!?

Kobayashi what a great job! Considering with 0 Stops @ lap 48, Doing 1:39's close with hamilton's 1:39:777's.

OK. But I still haven't read why Lewis got the penalty for. If it is for overtaking the SC, then the penalty is not fair, as lap time with SC is more than 16 seconds slower (which is what you get with a DT penalty here).
Fernando Alonso should be ashamed of himself! Got overtaken by 2 japanese drivers in a top-end car. Sato-Alonso(Macca), now Kobayashi-Alonso(Ferrari). Alonso your not a complete driver! And overtaking buemi on the last corner by kobayshi!

That's too much to say. Clearly Kobayashi was much faster on new soft tyres, and trying to stop him would have been a disaster.

Kobayashi could be on 3rd place if he hold-on on that position for 3laps remaining.

he had to stop for tyres, you have to use both compunds during the race

what are they investigating?, the speed of the in-lap under the safety car?

Hamilton's penalty was for overtaking the SC without approval, but he also had a speedy in-lap so i wondered if he ends being investigated as well

Well, he had to make at least one pit stop...

He was lucky because of the SC, and his strategy on hard tyres. This doesn't mean that he also did a great race!

Anyway the race is not over. FIA could make him 3rd again.

Yeah, too fast on the in-lap. Hamilton's not under investigation for this one though.

A very unsatisfying race, with an arguably unfair result (apart from Vettel). It just seems it isn't Ferrari's year, and Red Bull still keep shooting themselves in the foot somehow.

I think they should close the pitlane during the SC again. It didn't work before with refuelling, because cars had to either run out of fuel or pit, but now, I think it would be the fairest option.

poor poor ferrari. they never can think quickly on their feet. why did ms have to stop at the end of pitlane - was it because the filed was streaming past at the time? and will he actually go through a race this year without making a gazillion pitstops. fair play to mclaren and lewis,, they explited the rules - knowingly or unknowingly. tough.
