It's April 1st right?.......

lol... overtaking lanes have been suggested before. I think they got laughed out of the office.

its so unsafe... imagine, one guy is entering for a line, and another for the other, a lot of possibilities of a crash... anyway, it wasnt proposed before and all refused because is just a STUPID IDEA?

if that happens, then it wont be Formula 1 anymore...

And he said its good for TV... i wouldnt watch a race with that

Wouldn't that be great? At least some racing action on TV! And colors!
I wonder how they'd do the homing missileā€¦

Obviously the tracks would need some redoing, but this is a chance to finally add the looping, we have all been waiting for.

Now that isnt such a bad idea :p

"Trulli was slowing down like he wanted to have a picnic" LOL
FFS. Crap like this, if it ever happened, would make the sport completely unwatchable, farcical, and impossible to follow. Not to mention confusing the hell out of the drivers.

Bernie, stop being such a spoon.

What an idiot. One day hes going to suggest something SO stupid (this is pretty close to be honest). He will literally die of embarrassment.

at least he is trying to make F1 more exciting, also note he proposed many things before. As it is F1 racing is pretty dull unless it rains or we have some accident......

In what way would it be more exciting? It's just a shortcut to use when you come up to someone slower.
*pretty* sure it's a piss take. Like the many interviews he does with Brundle which are awesome.
