Well, it still will if we get a fully wet race. But yeah, that tyre compound rule is still in place. Shame really, means the drivers still won't be offered the ultimate test of making a set of hard tyres last the whole race.
We should see some amazingly quick stops though - by the end of 1993 Macca and Ferrari were doing them in between 4.5 and 5 seconds. It'll be interesting to see how the modern stops compare. I imagine they'll soon be beating the '93 records.
