James Allen is reporting that Brawn might become Mercedes as early as next year

He also says that Orange is one of the possible companies they have signed as their title sponsor. It would be good to see this, because some of the Orange Arrows cars were very nice. But obviously the livery will depend on how much Mercedes influence they get.

Well, Mclaren could always use Ferrari engines 
I just realised that Massa will be team-mate to a world champion next year for the 4th time in a row! Villeneuve, M. Schumacher, Raikkonen and now Alonso

Button to Mclaren would be a disaster. 2007 was not too far gone, he cant have forgot that!

I have a nasty feeling that despite the Mercedes input, Brawn are just going to be a flash in the pan. Bad news for Nico.
I think it may be better for Jenson to go to Mclaren, on an equal par with Lewis in terms of machinery. Doubt it will happen, sadly.
But it will either benchmark Lewis and show truly his superior skills and destroy Jenson; or it will reinforce Jenson as a solid driver able to keep up and race amongst Lewis. Make or Break, and Mclaren are surely a more reliabel bet than Brawn!
