Cause I enjoy waking up a 6 in the morning to watch quite possibly the most high tech race cars in the world go round a track? Plus, if enough Americans would do the same maybe SPEED would stop with the horrible NASCAR Coverage. Its like watching soccer (errr... Football?), its boring as hell till something happens, when, it all of a sudden becomes amazingly great to watch.

The FIA is just another vicious cycle of nothing.

welcome back smorr!

Nick Joshua, there are a couple of thousand motor clubs around the world that have a vote in the elections and according to the Speed TV people the rally guy has been gaining a lot of support from them!

Not to really add anything, but....

'Ello Gui!

Okay, we all know the rally guy will be the one that everyone wants, but who's gonna be the evil villain in this whole thing?

I'm not so sure about this Vatanen person, in the little interview with the BBC team he didn't outline anything. It was just the usual 'time for a change', 'take everyone into account', 'find perfect compromise between economics and entertainment' type of chit-chat reminiscent of a GCSE geography answer. Nothing against him, but I'd like to hear what he actually wants to achieve as FIA director-boss-guy.

But then you could say that about Todt. All he's said is how he plans to "to continue and expand the outstanding work of President Mosley".

I know which I'd rather vote in!

Yeah I suppose in the end us mere mortals don't get a say in it, so don't need to know all that much :D

Well.... Our president was elected and he ran the same campaign....

Think it'll work all the same.
