The most boring race....i belive that if the regulations don't change, i want monaco out, because not a single overtake over the race!!!!

See what you did FIA??? You made the most exciting race of the year into the most boring race of the year...and that's just crap if you ask me!!

poor from kimi, espec whern compared to speed behind him by only one place from 18th. really unhappy with him. alonso had this one sorted from start. v v sweet drive. lewis did well, tough race but nothing on alonso. mass ok, best car could do. but NO overtaking and the cars seem v easy to drive...only 2 mistakes. one of charms of monaco is that drivers can crash at ANY point. anything can happen....but not anymorein f1 :(

Typical Monaco race with hardly any overtaking but the rev limit made it even less possible this year.
Dominant win by Fernando and a great but scary drive by Lewis who looked dissapointed for the first time.
Great drive by Fisi too.
James Allen was being as impartial as ever on ITV and went ballisitic when Lewis was held up behind Trulli despite the fact that he saw Fernando being equally held up and the pre race show was quite vomit inducing really.

Did you watch it? He was stuck behind Heidfeld for the 1st 3rd, and had an extra stop to make. His race was over after turn 1.

Bigbrother, the Ferrari/Bridgestone combination was by far the most dominant in the race last year, that's why Michael was able to get past others whereas Kimi was stuck.
I thought Kimi did a good job considering how patient and frustrated he must have been.

If you consider that a good job then he is for sure overrated :-)

Classic inter-team battle, well done to both drivers! Fernando drove a perfect race. Fisi did a 110% great job, I was also impressed with Alex Wurz. He's had a bad year up until this race, he produced a solid drive and a good race strategy, starting on the softer tyre to make up places at the start.

Red Bull need to sort themselves out, they did a great job in qualifying and then it all went spectacularly wrong in the race.

Kimi did a decent job to haul it up to 8th, probably could have got 7th IMHO but he did seem to be fighting the car from a lot of the onboard shots we saw. Maybe that is because he didn't fully understand the car because he left the circuit in a strop yesterday, or maybe not. :) But once again, Massa shaded him considerably.

Last year we had SC situations, this year there was no SC. SC helped MS a lot last year. You should know the facts before you post stupidities.

also last year both kimi and webber went out when ahead of ms as did klien so that was 3 places gained by ms or he would have finished 8th.

So with that and the saftey kimi did no worse than ms. This year hardly any when went out the race only wurz and kimi made any progress on their starting places.

That's true, you could see how much understeer Kimi had to put up with in the race and his strategy of one stopping made his car slower than the front runners, plus no SC and good reliability in this race made it hard to make up places.

This Monaco race was very intriguing, the fight between Hamilton and Alonso was extremely tense, I enjoyed watching that immensely. Watching how much energy those two were putting into their cars, and then seeing our dear Ferrari's being driven in a far less urgent manner was very dis-heartening.

I can't believe how many of you found this race boring!?? No wonder Bernie wants to put on night races with cars that have boost to pass functionality and Cage Fighters on the bonnet if this is the prevailing mood among the 'hard' fans of F1.

Cheers.

McLarens pwned the field today, and Ferraris struggled a lot. It was funny how Heidfeld went back from the pits exactly between JB and KR... I wonder how much pissed off Kimi was when it happened... :P

SA's did a decent job today, as well as JB and BMW once again showed a good pace. Fisico showed a small improvement, but where was Heikki? Dunno...

No.5 who? The TV hardly showed him doing anything, apart from a scene of him cutting the swimming pool chicane... haha, Go Fernando, the hat-trick (2005, 2006, 2007) is coming!

the kimi fanboys just came in the forum, i am not a @#$%& twat like you say, i say for years he is overrated and he proves it more and more and you just can't stand the fact that i am right !!!!!

Hamilton thats the future of f1 and not crappy kimi. You can count that ferrari is already pissed they wanted kimi so bad, waste of money. It was like michael was enjoying kimi suffering héhé.
