I couldn't believe it when I heard Maradona had left out Cambiasso and Javier Zanetti, what planet is he on?
Yet he includes players like Veron and Datolo?
Italy's squad is absolute rubbish, where will the creativity come from with no Cassano or Miccoli?
They might as well stay at home :(

The thing with Argentina... I dont like Veron because he sold the team classification in Korea-Japan 2002 (search for a video from the march between Argentina and England)... And I like Zanetti... but I think Maradona decided to not include them in the first 30 guys because he already known he isnt going to include them to go to South Africa, so he picked Insaurralde and Garcé (they have 1 or 2 matchs with Argentina, for sure the arent going to SA) to not offend Cambiasso and Zanetti

Dunga called up Paulo Henrique "Ganso", Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Carlos Eduardo (Hoffenheim), and 4 more guys for the reserve list. Now just hoping Kleberson, Julio Baptista, and Josué get hurt ;)

He's called up KLEBERSON? Well that was stupid.

Bobby Zamora should have been in the England squad. He's been in excellent form for Fulham.

As for Adam Johnson, he will be excellent in a few years.

Adam Johnson is a quality player, one to watch in the next couple of years. Joe Hart needs to be in the starting 11 for England.

I am gutted Paul Scholes refuses to return to International Football. The guy is immense.

Scholes would solve the void England have with trying, and failing, to match Lampard and Gerard. Or either, with another. Always a failure.
