Missed the first half, but so far in the second, have portugl been training with Italy, they keep going down like they've been shot, although thankfully the ref isn't buying it

That is an absolutely shocking decision.

all these ref's are jokes, i think ronaldo just got shot again... and he looks like hes rolling down a hill. But england always do make it hard for them selves and we have 2 strikers left, both not world class.

Shouldn't the fouls on Rooney have counted first?

First, both the players following him sandwhiched him, and stuck both legs out to trip him up. Neither was anywhere near the ball.

Then, the other dude falls over, and wraps his legs around Rooney's leg in another attempt to trip him up.

And get rid of Ronaldo, cheating bastard

im not going to bother watching the penalties, england always mess them up

That ref was an utter disgrace.

What nationality was he again?

England played well after going down to 10 men, arguably better than when they had 11

but alas, we did our usual trick with the penalty shootouts
