My actual PC doesn't have a cd/dvd driver. GP3 only runs if i emulate a driver. There is a way to bypass it?

If it would help, I can upload a copy of my CD content so you can install the game from a seperate folder. (That's how I managed to install the game in the first place since my CD is kind of edgy)
But about the CD drive, you'll need the 1.13 patch and NoCD exe. It's all available here somewhere on the forum

I can install and run gp3 with a cd drive. But, even with noCD, the game asks for a optical drive.

I sent you the link on "Il mio tempo libero" it was enough for you to translate it:

About the lack of a cd player there are some tricks that can be adopted, in windows 10 the virtual disk function is present.
For example, if you right-click on any .iso image file, the first item that will appear is "Mount", if you click will appear in "This PC" along with the hard disk, this condition is sufficient to start the game .
With older operating systems, starting with windows 7 and going backwards, this function is not there so programs like alcohol 52 or daemon tools were installed.

Is there anyone who has a solution for the problem of huge CPU load in HW mode for GP3?
I'm running my vanilla install in Software mode (because nostalgia and it runs smooth) but I have GP3++ as well, which HAS to run in HW mode because of GPxPatch. I can't run it properly though, no matter what I try. Lower resolution, less details, etc. but in HW mode I'm always having 150+% CPU load on my laptop when there's more than one car on the track..
I really don't know what's wrong with that but I've tried basically everything I could. I don't know what else to do.
Anyone got an idea?

Maybe you're using Belini circuits or other high-resolution circuits.
Have you tried the circuits I used in my Grand Prix 3 2018 work?

there are some suggests in GP3++ manual,
"Appendice" part, but it is in italian (I m going to work to an english version), try to easy translation about.

[drive.google.com]

anyway, try to reduce RCR distances in GpxPatch (GP3 default should be 3840),
but due several car shapes I used in GP3++, I improved that values.
The recuction effect will be very bad graphic of other cars you see form your cockpit,
but it will quite improve CPU occupancy.

Do you have any idea what actually makes the game freeze in SW mode?
I mean, when I start GP3++, I check the carsets for SW graphics, etc.
I even re-set the tracks set file to the standard ones so I wouldn't try to load a track that only has HW jams.
But it keeps freezing at 4/5 lights loaded.. which I don't know why it happens.

no. GP3++ don't have any carstets in SW mode. It's completely developed on HW mode, also tracks, graphics ecc... And I know GpxPatch has not SW mode graphic.
The game maybe freeze because the circuits with the standard name are actually not original circuits 98 from the CD , but from TPack98 set, that aims to improve the original graphics (as safety nets on fences etc.).
Anyway , GP3++ was thought just in HW mode, it will not work properly in SW.

RIP me then.
Tried almost everything to get the game to run smoothly in HW mode, still with ~5 cars or more the PO goes to 150+%

Chance of Rain 35%. I do not know why, but with 0% rain the game gets PO absurd. Another point is that it does not save the track when you exit the game.

yes. I confirm , with 0% rain it tries to load the sky hires bitmap with over height for CPU. Just put chance rain > 10% to avoid.
But I didn't catch, what mean "it does not save the track when you exit the game" ?
