That looks so damn good! UAE car in particular, very lovely.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Guys, apologies, I made a mistake on the date for the next activity check on the post. It should be Wednesday, June 7. (it previously showed June 5 which isn't even Wednesday lol) I have corrected the post on P43 accordingly. As long as the board doesn't decide a change, checks will continue to be every two Wednesdays. Again, sorry about the booboo .by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
QuotetruecrysisThe number of expletives in that cockpit probably just increased massively. *bleeping intensifies* Yeah, I knew that message before the broadcast was for me. Very, very bummed right now. But, at least the pace is there, and we got more races to go. Hopefully dry races. Or wet. But not this in-between.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Maybe we could reach a mid-point by keeping the checks every two weeks, and in the event that no race has been run or a race is in the process of being run, extend the window to one or two days after the end of the event. For instance, now we're waiting for Connor to post the race, so I would have checked two days after that. But if a race is completed two weeks after the previous check, theby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Regarding those checks (and forgive my spamming), I would recommend the board to have a look into them. Although the rules are pretty clear regarding checks being every 14 days, (basically every other Wednesday), I do understand that there was no race and little to no talk about setting up the race itself. That is why I pushed the check to the end of my day (it's 11 p.m. as I write this) andby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Nice! Finally the mighty Lancia starts giving out poweeer! Fingers crossed for a race out of trouble. Activity check coming up in a while, since we're on the middle of a GP, I wanted to wait until the end of the day for it. So stay tuned!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
1st in Oz and now 3rd here, if this race doesn't go well I may as well get down with the testers A little worried about the rain but I can think of it this way, if it rained during the testing session, that means no water during the race! Right? Right?by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Boost plan sent! Excited for this season, it's the moment for the team to take off!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Fantastic cars guys, that Russia car in particular is amazing. Greg PM'd me with a reminder so I'll formally announce that Team Uruguay will stick to same livery as last season. I toyed with some updates but... I just like that one. Only exception is the skinny numbers, but it's a minor detail. So the sky blue beast will hit the track with no changes except a brand new update fby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Gotta love you guys, I made a joke about poetry and you turned it into bacon. Never changeby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
If Dean has trouble with the checks, I think I can fill in if it's needed. I can definitely spare an hour or so for the league every two weeks.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

As much as I don't like it, reducing calendar size was a breath of fresh air for the GPGSL and I don't se why it wouldn't have the same effect here. Many participating countries unfortunately don't have a track to nominate (such as mine) so this would help to host races in participating countries. 12-14 races sounds cool. As for my livery, I'll paint something up afteby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
I hosted a Nations Cup race some time ago and Tobi got mad at me because I failed and now I'm scared to do it again Nah I mean I did screw up due to my inexperience, but I reckon the video broadcast itself was good. I'm now on midterms at uni, but assuming a two weeks wait between rounds, I may be able to host R2.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Now I begin to understand some people getting a little bit annoyed at the game's randomness. Of course I'm chuffed to win the feature race, rather dominantly by league standards, so that should mean I have a good perf and the car has good BHP. Now how is it that I am now in the dead bottom, 4 tenths off, in a top car and with a reasonably respectable perf? Oh well. What's done is dby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

This is massive news, an enormous deal for both F1 and IndyCar. Literally everybody wins. I've always tipped JPM to go for the Triple Crown (I still do, remember he tested the Porsche 919), but for Fernando to do it is only logical, and though I've never been a fan of his, I do reckon he's wasting his time in F1 and he should race whatever he feels like racing. He's got nothinby Carlitox - F1
Wow, I did not see that coming! Massive start to a busy event. Happy and honored to be driving the MPR this season!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Is there an estimated date for the livery deadline? I want to paint something, so I'm trying to organize myself. Just a time estimate would be enough. Thanks!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Awesome news. Agree with all the changes and I think I speak for the majority when I say I'm eager to see if those boosts will shake up the racing. Coupled with the shorter season, I have a good feeling. Can't stress enough my thanks to those who worked hard for these rule adjustments. Fingers crossed guys!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
That idea looks mega! Similar to the Budget system in the Nations Cup, where BTW the boosts make a difference. Still, I feel that these ideas should've been discussed as soon as we finished S10, so that they'd be ready now. I don't see the perf guys making these changes now, so it'd be great to analyze them for S12. I for one, like the idea, just needs a bit of polishing.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Haha glad to see I'm not alone. This must be how everybody else feels when I'm studying at home. What I do know is that having a trackpack up and ready is a massive improvement and will definitely help a lot when setting up rounds. I prefer the start getting delayed so that as many things as possible are planned ahead.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
I don't mind Mercedes winning again. What I want is at least Ferrari and RBR giving them a very hard time, and by the looks of it, it's likely. Haven't been this hyped in years, Sunday can't arrive soon enough.by Carlitox - F1
I am in a similar situation as Milos, but I will continue another season. I don't mind activity, I pop in here every day, but boosting is being a problem sometimes. We'll see what happens. I intend to gather time to paint up a new car, but I assume we can keep the current liveries in any case, right? On a side note, huge congrats to Wales. And nice quiet race from us but we'llby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Over the past weeks I've been receiving more of the Dakar collection models, all with pretty amazing quality for their price (around $10 each, 1/43 scale). Left to right: Peugeot 2008, Mini Countryman, VW Touareg, Renault/Dacia Duster, Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger and Hummer Buggy. In the back the amazing Kamaz 4326. I need a new place to put these things, the packing is crap and totaby Carlitox - Off-Topic
