So damn close. Guess boosted or not, Brazil is ahead of us in experience and that showed today. Parabens Natã! And of course, massive kudos to the whole team, brilliant job that paid well, though not as well as we expected, but that only means we'll return stronger. It's asado time now!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Gawd dammit! I appear to have John Maverick Syndrome, where my car's pace dramatically drops in a crucial moment. I also can't embed YouTube videos for amusing reactions. Still, could be worse.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Lovely gridcars! I'm cropping up mine to get a new sig, since Photobucket thought it'd be a neat idea to take all my embedded pics down. I've been trying to do that, but whenever I put the car on its side on zModeler, it wouldn't let me put the textures. I was kinda fed up by it, so thanks a lot for sharing those. As for the race, well, it wasn't going to be good, butby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
I was pleasantly surprised with that check, and same feeling with my race. Been watching so much of Dany Ric in F1 that I know how to charge through that field. Shame I got pipped out of 6th, but think I can make up that point with the most places gained bonus. Shows that the good ol' Lancia still is strong when it wants. From 20th to 7th unboosted in Monza. I love this track so much.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Definitely a bad race, lack of boost was felt way more than we supposed it would be, but if the boosting schedule is right, it should be a one off. As I mentioned on the GPGSL thread, my internet connection is gone and my mobile signal is scarce. I'll do my best to stay active but it looks like a huge problem. The entire neighborhood got cut off. Here's trying to survive haha.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Guys my ISP has had a very bad failure on the underground cables in my area, meaning I effectively have no internet (I don't even have landline). Of course, ISP is most unhelpful, so it could take a while. If I'm unable to do the checks next week I'll let you know.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Team Uruguay Very nice result considering we're unboosted now. Race may pan out differently but if we stay out of trouble, points are up for grabs.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Huh, maybe I should have signed for MTP and kept the black helmet, might have got some more points On a serious note, it was very strange to not see Dan and I triple checked everything (side blooper, I almost penalised Alessandro lol). AFAIK from his Twitter feed he's committed to his job right now, but he's been doing that for a while now, so I was sure he'd keep popping up.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Activity check coming up, should've been yesterday but I'm currently studying for my last final and battling a little sickness. Since I have a while freed up now, working on it.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Yep, I forgot to boost. If Michael's research is correct (and so far it's been so), I'll have no right to complain when I finish dead last... or at least first among unboosted people.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
May I just point out that the most shocking thing I learned during the race is that headrests are soft? I always thought it was another piece of carbon fibre with some foam in the inner sides. I swear I was shocked out of my mind.by Carlitox - F1
Well, gotta rant a bit. I'll try to be as impartial as possible, so I'll apologise in advance for any bias that gets past the radar First of all, this was a fairly entertaining race, shock winners are always good for the sport, especially in times like these, so I was quite happy to se Danny win this one. Really expected a bigger performance leap after stepping in a team with such a background, but oh well. Just like previous years, I'll be lucky if I get a win. Doesn't mean I'm not gonna go for it thoughby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
