Not an ideal result for the team. But on the other hand, so glad the league is back in business!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

I surprisingly did the activity check before schedule, so there's still some time for the inactive soul(s) to pop around here...by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Very funny, God. Very funny. Big congrats for Charrel, well deserved mate. The pace is back there and that is what matters. Roll on the next one!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Exclusive footage from the MPR headquarters: Guess I'm a free agent of sorts. I have been thinking of fielding a team, but not sure. Depends on the interest of the people on the waiting list. Don't want to deny Facebook F1 from a surprise entry.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Sad to see Photobucket nuked half the thread. Thought of sharing my most recent one here, for old time's sake. Incredible picture found via Reddit. Fun and heartwarming to see my old post about upgrading to Win7. Now I have Win10 Pro which I got for free thanks to an alliance between MS and my uni. Oh and also a whole new PC.by Carlitox - Off-Topic
Everybody's going off. Oh boy. I'm gonna spin. I'm gonna spin. I'm gonna spin. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!! (Later) At least I got points... unless the car fails. Oh boy. It's gonna fail. It's gonna fail. It's gonna fail. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Hey guys, just checking in to see how you've all been do- WHAT?by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
First of all, welcome Alex! No need for you to install GP4 since this is an AI driven league in which you can tilt the scale to your favour by boosting your avatar a number of times per season. All the regulations are detailed in the first post, and there you will find which teams have vacancies as well. PM the owner of the team you're interested in and you'll be all set up. In case you don't want to scroll through the pictures, here's a race recap:by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
I think we can revoke Dan's penalty in the light of recent evidence, namely the fact that he showed in a live feed, broadcasted throughout the world, that he was busy working. Think those are good requirements to ask from somebody that wants a third warning revoked. Might as well congratulate Mr. Paddock for being part of the team that became champions in that other series. Well done sirby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Rumor: Series' self-appointed official activity checker Carlos Rodriguez is in a state of utter confusion and evaluates giving three warnings to everyone. Yes, even Ruben.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

I like Mal's idea. Scrap the expulsion and demotion, which in turn will reduce worktime of the people making the mod. Just give out increasing perf penalties. The permanently inactive people will sort themselves out at the end of each season. Also I'll support an Nations Cup style activity check, after each event, so that people have an inexcusable opportunity to post about something. Iby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
So Stu, should I ignore this check and do it again next wednesday? I'd have no problem, personally. Just say the word.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Hooooly point finishes! I did not expect the race to go this well! Challenge passed, I say! High hopes for boosted races after seeing this performance.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
SchueyFan Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > I think we have a few options for next season; > 1) Allow team owners to race drive again Good idea, given the lack of testdrivers at the moment, and the fact that it's not uncommon in real life, owners could perfectly race should they run out of alternatives. > 2) Be more lenient with activity checby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Well, we lost two team owners, one of which is a long standing member of the league. I'd be lying if I said I didn't expect Dan's absence, AFAIK he has quite a time consuming job now. But I sincerely hoped he'd hold on til the end of the season and then retire the team formally. Can't blame him though. Along with Nathan, who's been with us for some seasons now, thisby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

Had to cope with no power in the engine and finally being hit from behind, only to later almost drive into Charrel. What an absolutely awful race. We really do need some teamboost. And maybe AMR should stop asking Haas for spare brakes Anyway, kudos for the quick and brilliant coverage!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Oh snap! That boost plan may have an ever so slight flaw: this boostfest! Time to stay out of trouble and hope engines blow up.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
I'll take 8th thank you very much. Could've been so much worse. 2nd lap was just impossible. I love Interlagos, but man I hate the weather. At least, if conditions stay like that, the decision not to boost will pay off.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4

A quiet race overall, happy for Charrel but I'm not really being regular, need to fix that ASAP. shep34 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Hmmmm, deadline for activity fast approaching, and > DMR still have a search party out looking for > Daniel Thomas, last seen wandering in the forests > at Monza. Mad race so far! Looks like the track doesn't suit my car very well. 10th isn't necessarily bad but, considering last race, it sucks because it could be so much better.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
