Isn't the 4th one UK Supersports 2000 or something like that?by Stoopid - Grand Prix 4
Cheers Marko much appreciated I can do a test in January by all means, to be honest I would sooner do that first anyway to make sure there aren't any foul ups before I do an official race LOLby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4
Been away just a day and loads of reading to catch up lol Just to confirm I will do the perfs no problem and if Mal needs a deputy RD I'm up for that too And I would also like to confirm I am up for a drive and still waiting by the phone, missed 2 drives already Car numbers should be like F1. I know we aren't supposed to be like F1 (I didn't see F1 doing 10 races in 3 montby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4
I'm offering my services for the perf files for next season, we just need to confirm the rounding issue. I have got excel to do it in any way we have thought of upto now Also I'll gladly run some races to take some load off Mal. Cheers Stuby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4
Congratulations to Phil, well done! And commiserations to Monil, felt sure he would win it! I bet Marko wishes the season lasted a little longer, another 2 races and who knows Right I'm off to sit next to the phone and wait for the team managers to offer me a drive for 2009! Thats a hint by the way Fook! Is it plugged in? Happy new year everyone! Stuby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4

I like Marko's idea for next season's perfs, 22 added for the champ, down to 1 for last, as well as 11 for the top team etc etc But I feel the failure rates should be reset 800 and driver variance to 600. How was season end perfs worked out in the old W300? Can't that be used? Stuby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4
Hi guys been away for a while, real life got in the way LOL Just been catching up with the series, congrats to all the race winners, looks like Monil has got it in the bag On the subject of perf files, what little spare time I have had, I have managed to get excel to work out perfs in whatever way you wish. They can all be rounded down, rounded up. Or even a mixture of both with .25 down, .7by Stoopid - Grand Prix 4

Phoenix bhp should be 786,806,774 with 0.5 in the pot. Drivers have scored 26 points = 6.5 bhp Stuby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4

BAR#10 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOL > I never put teams 0,25 in the pot! > Rules said the nearest whole number, only 0,5 went > into pot. Never putting 0.25 in the pot in my opinion is far too unfair! If you lost 0.25 every race you would lose 5 bhp for the whole season, now thats a lot. Anyway Nick has already saidby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4
When I did the perf I was rounding down 0.25 to 0, but keeping the 0.25 in the pot for the next race. Also I was rounding up 0.5 and 0.75 but was removing the extra 0.5 and 0.25 from the next race. If anyone gained an advantage it would only be 0.5 or 0.25 bhp for a race and then it was removed for next race. Example: Williams, Toyota drivers score 15 points in race 1, adding 3.75 bhp 780 to gby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4

Ok, as far as I can make out Excel will always round up .5 So, on my worksheet for example, I have: Alpha on 786.75 which is rounding up to 787, which is right. Velox on 783.25 which is rounding down to 783, which again is right. But, DER on 786.50 which is rounding up to 787, which we know is wrong. Unless we overlook this problem, or change the rule, I will have to manually edit theby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4
Marko, so what you're saying is, we were both wrong I'm gonna have a look at my excel worksheet, see if I can cure it of its rounding up problem. Stuby Stoopid - Grand Prix 4

I believe there are 17 races in the championship next season. What if driver A wins and driver B finishes 2nd in the first 9 races? Under the medal system that would be it, championship over driver A has won. Whereas in the current system driver A could then have a disasterous 2nd half of the season and driver B could win the remainder of the races and therefore the championship! So, who's tby Stoopid - F1
