OK time to move on guys, we agreed with Jorge to go on with Mike's project which will be called "2003 GP4 MOD", we also agreed that the files won't be exclusive to any website, and finally we agreed that there will be both CSM and non-CSM sets. Here's the current to-do list, with some names added sometimes afeter a little talk to Jorge Cars Scuderia Ferrari Mby Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
@jcaranti : At the beginning it was meant to be a non-CSM update. But we can do both I would like to make hi-res textures of Renault and Ferrari.by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
It's sad to see you leaving, you were a sympathetic and enthusiastic guy here. But as I said you I can understand that some people could be annoyed about your repetitive leaving/returning process. I don't really understand the stress thing, but if it's better for you, then, move on. Cya EDIT - BTW, the .dat file of Kurashiki is missing.by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4

Good one Paolo, but please try to pay attention to some logos which are stretched (rear wing Panasonic, engine Denso and Toyota).by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
@HondaF1Fan : I see your point there, good luck for this new projectby Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
Gorgeous !!! Simply Awesome !!!by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
That's great By the way, the nose is wider :by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
Well that seem quite good. But, I was working on it, and I still will because I will adapt it to what it is in the Indy 500 (apart from the pitlane). And moreover the .dat file will be fully based on the original one, calculating the 3 missing corners by symetry and with realistic banking values.by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
Great, but the piece which connects the front wing and the nose cone has always been vertical, look at this page :by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
At least 33 sectors for the pitstalls (3 for each team), and some sectors after and before them to have a 1-sector offset between the flags. So, I would say about 40.by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
Bigbrother ecrit: ------------------------------------------------------- > did you set the verbosity on low, medium or high ? > try that and the track will run fine Yes, I always have verbosity to high, and the track crashes at the middle of the loading bar. Same here, and moreover it runs fine with TSM... Strange, isn't it...by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
@Schueyfan : I know you only have to have it installed, but what does it cost to release an extra non-TSM version ? Nothing but one minute !!! By the way, with GP4Builder or CMagic, you can set race distance up to 127 laps.by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
That looks like a good one, good job. But I have a suggestion : why don't you release a TSM and a non-TSM version ? I mean, TSM is a great tool, and I'm in those who use it, but I don't see the point in making it compulsory to play your tracks. Some people here don't want to use it and I think it's unfair to take your tracks off from them. Same thing about Mods and CSby Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
@carling : That's why it's missingby Gusgus - Grand Prix 4

I completely know Montlhéry is not fictional, but as the oval of Montlhéry is no more used in racing, let's consider it as a modern one By the way, the really long one is impossible to make for GP4 because of the limited lenght of the tracks.by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
I like the idea of Montlhéry, so it will be Montlhéry Speedway, thanks exqo About the pitlane, well, in IndyCar, the cars return to the track following this pitlane on similar 1.5 mile tracks. I will test a shorter configuration, but I'm affraid it will cause big crashes during pit stops, because of the CC Line located at the inside of the track all along the track.by Gusgus - Grand Prix 4
