Hey kedy, If you have no success just send me the offending file and I'll fix it again, if I remember rightly, it was just a simple case of deleting some overlapping faces.by ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
@kedy89 I just checked, and everything is where it should be, all those lines were already there, it must be mod specific, I'd ask Big Bro but I haven't seen him around for ages.by ramf1v - Grand Prix 4

It's there already , I'm using Big Brothers 2012 V4 FIA Mod if that makes a difference. Where is the reference file for CSM ? I mean where are all these ini paths and switches explby ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
Does anyone know how I make the GPXInfo display just the "haze.ini" and not the full path, when using CSM ? EDIT: Nevermind I figured it out..put the file in the main gpxdata folder not the csm one. EDIT 2: I still can't get it to show using CSM, what am I missing ?by ramf1v - Grand Prix 4

There's tons of scope for tweaking, you could have 6 layers of haze and use gp4 as a testbed for the effect, then combine the layers your happy with into one. This could look great in combination with hardcoded (modeled) haze in tracks. ...oh btw...you forgot to put the AA in the zipby ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
Hmm it's a CSM issue, I got it working using gpxpatch only, personally I think it's a little too much in driver view, but looks great from track cam views, there's no reason why we can't have 2 or 3 different levels of haze for different views. A great concept and approach to the issue tho' I've never touched the panel section before, my preference is no speedoby ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
Thanks but I can't get this to work, should the full path........F:\Program Files (x86)\Infogrames\Grand Prix 4 etc etc..... be displaying in the GPXInfo tab or just the .ini name (haze.ini)by ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
I made this dry ice animation for the cockpits when sat in the garage I used 3ds Max and FumeFX for the smoke, and I created the smooth loop in After Effects, very similar to a flare effect. The underlying dry ice style mist isn't suitable for flares but I applied some colour in AE, so it should look cool on a transparent background.by ramf1v - Grand Prix 4

Very nice, just package up some of that AA in the zip fileby ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
I'm switching back to high poly and render mode, I'll worry about 2d textures when the garages are done, that way I have a target, and they will get finished.by ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
He he ...thanks Alessio, but I'm cool, sometimes I get into a negative frame of mind, I woke up this morning and in 45 minutes made this..... Who needs photo's It's easier and quicker to do it this way, I can't rely on photo's for textures they are just too poor quality. Whats the small rounded font called that's on the inside of the pirelli tyres ? Not the coloured P-ZERO stuff, but the small text, right on the inner of the tire. thxby ramf1v - Grand Prix 4

I had this idea floating around for ages, just tried it and totally forgot the car model doesn't support transparent and/or animated textures. A layered fog using the visor is all I could get, useless without being able to fade the edges off with transparency. Bummer...close but no cigarby ramf1v - Grand Prix 4
