Loving that Senna in Williams shot!!! What a shame we didn't get the pleasure of seeing that longer than we did..... RIP Ayrton.....by shep34 - Grand Prix 4
Clearly the dominant win for TNR in the testers' feature race gave very little insight to the main game race drivers. This tester may be knocking on the team boss' door real soon....lolby shep34 - Grand Prix 4
Having been doing a decent amount of testing at Spa in the last week or two, with the 'new' final chicane and pit entry, I can't help but notice the pit entry is very awkward - all cars (user car and AI) slow on the inside line heading in to the right hander of the chicane, then straight into the pit lane. Just wondering if anyone has done any work on the cc line for the pit entry,by shep34 - Grand Prix 4
After using TSM many times over the past year or two, I keep running into problems with it. For some mysterious reason, all of a sudden, track wad files go missing from that track's folder, and of course TSM gives me the error message when I try to load a track profile. This has been happening to me a lot when using CSM and TSM in combination. I have just done a fresh install of GP4 to specby shep34 - Grand Prix 4

I have downloaded the 2010 pitcrews done by Renaultfan. Now, having extracted the anim.wad, I am assuming I replace the existing original 2001 .tex files with the newly renamed 2010 files, renaming them to the 2001 .tex file names? Then, compile the wad, copy to the main GP4 directory, and all should work fine? Well, no. My GP4 crashes as soon as the game reaches the final stage of loading anyby shep34 - Grand Prix 4
Woohoo!!!! First ever race in GPGSL, and a win! You bewdy! TNR gave me a great car, and with a track I was comfortable on, I always felt if i could qualify well, a great finish result would follow.... Shame for all the wrecks, but I guess that comes with racing.... Thanks to Dan for having faith in hiring me, and hope he recovers well from his crash. Heading his way now with some celebratory beeby shep34 - Grand Prix 4
2nd in France for me? Wow! Must have been that quality wine from the local region I enjoyed, making me relaxed ahead of track action.....by shep34 - Grand Prix 4
For dummies like me who just can't get their head around building a CSM mod, is it possible/too much to request, a blank 2002 mod be built? Once i have an empty mod, I can get the car and texture files to the right place, but I have NO idea how to actually start from scratch in making a CSM mod for various years cars etc...lolby shep34 - Grand Prix 4
Personally, I would love to see Jerez given the treatment it deserves, and a fantastic version of that track finished off for GP4. The version that is made already is great, but just needs the finishing touches with the tracks' surrounding scenery and facilities added. I know that would take a great deal of work, but it would be greatly appreciated around the GP4 community no doubt.... fingeby shep34 - Grand Prix 4

@ DaveEllis, yes I left out the Vettel comments on how he claims he was asleep and missed the restart etc, mostly because that is just crap! And if it is not crap, and he actually was off with the fairy's and missed the fact that the pace car had been roaming around for a handful of laps, the debris had been moved and surely it was time to get back to racing, well.... bad luck! Seriously looking amazing! Great job to all involved....Big thumbs up!!!by shep34 - Grand Prix 4
Poor old Seb Vettel eh? The world is against him, boo hoo..... do the crime, do the time pal!!! No one else to blame other than himself. If he wants to win a world title, know the rulebook back to front. He truly showed himself to be a sore loser, and his lack of emotion on the podium was bad. 21 other drivers would have killed to be in his shoes!! Then his press conference cemented the opinion tby shep34 - F1

I live about 30 mins drive from the Albert Park track, and an hour from Melbourne airport. I will personally drive out to the airport to pick up the BFM equipment...as long it fits in my trailer, I can deliver it to the track....lolby shep34 - Grand Prix 4
Happy Birthday to GPG.org! Can't remember exactly when I stumbled through the doors here, but I know it has helped me a lot with my GP4 experiences. Hoping GPG.org can go on for many more years... Thanks to all that have made great contributions to the site, and those who run things both in the foreground, as well as the background. Well may this great site we visit continue to give us GP4by shep34 - Grand Prix 4

Go Webber!!!! Hope he and his mechanics unbolt their "old" wing, and go and shove it right up golden boy Vettel's freckle! LOL! Typical Aussie grit and determination from Webber on the first turn! Great too see, had me roaring with delight watching it in the living room last night. And as Horner said, the 'new' developments went onto the teams best placed championshipby shep34 - F1

I have been running laps at the 2008 track pack version of Silverstone, and notice the bug where AI cars exiting the pits slow just before they merge onto the racing line. Has this bug been fixed on this great new look version?by shep34 - Grand Prix 4
Chandhok is a classic pay per drive money provider. India will throw money at anyone remotely talented that can get on the international scene. Narain Karthikeyan (sp??) is another classic example - barely able to hold onto an F1 car over a string of laps, then dumped. Heads over to the US, gets into a struggling NASCAR truck team, buys himself a few rides and wrecks the machinery..... It is a mby shep34 - F1

Would gladly welcome any further improvements we can get for our great old game, but I would guess most people would throw their mother-in-law in front of an oncoming bus for the joy of having the option to have 22-30 cars in a race! lolby shep34 - Grand Prix 4
