Also, I don't want to download new songs (big files!), team art, cars... I have my own compilation (of course it's just for personal use).

Diameter Rear Tyres:
1'' = 25,4 mm
26'' = 660,4 mm
avg
(635 + 660,4) / 2 = 647,7
so
1110 car editor points =~ 647,7 mm
(for a 1991 car shape without editing the tyre shape)
If we get the 91 technical regulations, we could make very nice shapes...

Grand Prix 3 As I said before, I think it will be more a compilation work than anything. If some nice guy make these tracks, I think they will be included.
But you could do it yourself, Arexons
If you made Bahrein (of course a little bit ficticious), you can easily make the changes in these tracks.
What is already done (compilled)? Or are you planning to make new car/helmet skins, tracks, shapes, etc?
