Other Motorsports The 990s were bigger than the 800s. I remember Pedrosa in a 990. He used to go from side to side just to turn the bike. And he need a little banch to reach to the bike :P:P Now the 800s are smaller with a lot of electronics which makes racing a lot more boring.
But you're right Gui. The 500s were real monsters. I remember the days that we had Schwantz, Rainey, Doohan, Mamola and Gardner r

You missed the good years man! The 500s/990s were the good all days. Since they put those 800s in 2007 they almost destroyed the last lap battles.
You should check out Rossi/Gibernau battles or Rossi/Biaggi (one time the battle en

Other Motorsports Here is the interview with Jorge Lorenzo:
and I have here the responses from Valentino
"Rossi, meanwhile, said he was not sure if it was better to have Lorenzo as a team-mate or not.
"I've thought a lot about it, whether it's better to have him in Yamaha or in Honda," he said. "I don't know. There are pluses and minuses each way. In any case I think

Other Motorsports But Stoner back in 2006 didn't said he was afraid of riding his bike. And in 2007, Stoner changed bike and tyres. Lorenzo will remain with the Yamaha and with the Michelins.
He is still fourth but he is 98 points behind his teammate and Dovi is only 11 points. Maybe Lorenzo has to get married. Since he got married, Rolling Stoner (specialist in crashing) has only crash 1 time in a race.

Other Motorsports Lorenzo got the perfect start and started to believe he was champion in his rookie year. I remember him changing some critics with Rossi. His confidence was very high... but after a couple of crashes, that same confidence started to go away. He needs to gain it back to be champion someday. He his season doesn't improve (if his rival Dovi finishes the season ahead of him in a less powerful bi

Other Motorsports When they were 500cc or 990cc (without the electronic aids - when it was 80% rider, 20% machine), Valentino dominated everyone. The Honda wasn't built for him (the Ducati isn't for Stoner, Stoner just was the perfect style for the bike). And Valentino gave up the best team in 2002, to go to the much weaker Yamaha and still won. Valentino is still as good as before, but now, with the ele

Grand Prix 3 Many people are talking about Toseland and his weak bike, but to me the man of the week, with Lorenzo, was Dovizioso. His bike is a weak one too, and he beated Vale. That was impressive :D
Congratulations to Stoner... the Stoner/Ducati/Bridgestone showed that they are still on top

F1 Perfect weekend! After Saturday's Qualify i had some doubts about the race. But I entered the race with a good feeling. And it came out perfect! The car was very good all the race. But still I left a point go out of my hands. I like to thank all the team members for this awesome weekend and work hard to have another weekend like this one in 2 weeks. It's a wonderful feeling to be the fi

F1 Casey Stoner is not over-rated! Yes, he had the best bike, but even so! Have you ever seen Casey's first race in 125cc? He was a wild car and he drove pretty well. Alberto Puig was very impressed with him and helped him a lot! He even compared him to Rossi! Casey is a very good rider! He is champion material!

In fact Glock had 4 races at Jordan! He came back later in 2004 and scored 3 15th in the last 3 races.

F1 That is Coulthard for sure! We can see blue in the helmet! If that was Mika, we could see blue because the part of the helmet showing in Hakkinen is all white (as Nickv as already said)! So it is definitely DC!
About the car, i think it is a Minardi too. We can see a silver nose and a blue cockpit...
