VTR3 blew up in front of VTR1 on the Mulsanne (Gav needs new trousers apparently, his are a bit soggy :P), apparently because they got hit by the 21 car.

Not been the greatest 2hrs of racing this so far...

Fan-f*cking-tastic...

Koop got taken out by the idiots in Chilean 21 under braking for the second chicaine and got stuck in the tyrewall. He started towing the car and I hopped in, severely down on power. After about 10 laps, the engine just died shifing up to 4th after Tertre Rouge.

*pissed off smiley here*

VTR2 have just had a stop & go for... something... and upon leaving the pits Dave's got massively held up by the WR 2 car who was just sitting on the racing line doing approx 70 mph..
VTR2 got a stop and go for making contact with the 27, who pulled in my way and braked. I apologised and said dont pull infront of me, they said NP, but then moaned later

I couldnt pit correctly last time around for some reason. The crew wouldnt service the car, i didnt know what to do, so we made a change

Could be worse, you could have seen the most God awful wrist slittingly Coldplay-esque type football performance. Anyone got a sniper rifle and a bullet. Oh, this is off topic at the moment,

GO VT!

Before the 2nd chicane, the 148 had gone off somehow. He was pointing towards the barrier at 90 degrees to the track. I come along, see him, and move to the far right, keeping my foot planted.... he engages reverse right into me - I didn't even have time to brake. Was doing about 195mph at the time, they were doing 0. I clipped them and was thrown around 180 degrees, while in the air. Car seemed *ok*, and I did a J turn (which is what he should have done). Lost another couple of miles an hour, but apparently it's OK now. Glyn about to jump back in... I'm on standby.

Posted this at TBk but felt this would get more noticed. As Ellis said that we can ask questions in NRTV.

So here is my question:

But anway, I got a question for the drivers, as I am sure the sun is going down slowly now.

So when nightfall hit Le Mans, how will you approach the track in comparsion with daylight?

It's daytime all the way through in game, NR2003 doesn't support day/night changes :)

VTR2 are out. Connection problems meaning the drivers can't get on the track again :(

VTR1 is currently 7th, but we've no idea where things are regarding driver changes. This is not going to plan... pretty much everything has gone wrong so far, and only 1 car remaining to last another 19 hours remaining still... bollocks.

D'oh! Should have known better myself!

Ok let me change my question a bit. How do you approach this race like preparing this race like reorganising your desk? Putting up a supply of Red Bulls or a coffee machine near you? Like that. :)

On my desk I have a bottle of water, stick of Lypsyl, and a HUGE box of tissues :)

Just come back from my 1st stint. Well, 2nd ish. The first one didnt go to plan when I had no FFB, so I hopped into the car with FFB after Rich did a stint.

Things went pretty well, just had one very minor half spin. Just gotta keep going...

lol :)

Just come back from a stint. Was a bit quicker this time, lapping in the 34s with a 33 flat near the end of the stint, and thankfully nothing more hairy that passing some backmarkers.

Richs taken over now for the night stint, and im off to bed :)

I'll be up tomorrow at about 8:30 to see if im needed, otherwise it'll be about 11 ish when i return.

Good luck guys :)

Another one bites the dust...The car died on Niel in Arnage, shortly after being handed the car from Gav :(

I think we did well to get this far, it's only a shame that pretty much both of our other retirements were caused though no fault of our own :(
