NBA Live 2005

I've just got this game and I'm having a few problems with it:
When I play the court is all black but you do see the reflections and some lines in it. How do I change this?
And after every match I play when I click on quit game the game just freezes and does nothing. What can I do? please help!!!

Well i don't know exacly what my pc has or not but it has windows xp and that's all I know... I'm not so well known with computers...

The specs for the game are: soundcard: direct x 9.0b, processor: 700mhz, Direct X: 9.0b Memory: 256mb RAM(?) Grafical card: 32mb Direct3d
