Gregor Huttu took the CCWS2006 out for a spin at Laguna Seca. On his second lap he did a 1 minute flat. That is 8 seconds faster than real life. It is far from the skin, that isn't perfect.

I'm sure that guy struggled with such supremely heavy rain going out on slicks in such a hilly place

rain and spray (look more like Smoke) is too smooth; need to be more textured with some depth to be believable. but reflection looks very nice

The spray has texture, I used a grunge brush after using the smudge tool to give it texture You can't see it because of the rain which I a not too happy with but meh.. :p

Well thats much better having constructive criticism. I was part of IDT until recently and as you say thats another story. I'm a 3D game artist working on KartSim & 2 ps2, wii, and 360 titles and at the moment and it just annoys me when people say something is @#$%& without saying how they can improve.
