Why? It saves you money in most cases... :S

I nearly bought it today when I ordered series 1-12 of A Touch of Frost. But then I didn't, mainly because the new WOSEC season starts soon, and I'll have to focus on that.

LS's Tip of the week
ESSENTIAL OILS aren't essential unless you're an engine, a gearbox or a twat

No i buy all of my games why jump to the conclusion i warez?
IT not that i dont want to buy online but i am 16, dont have a credit card and the accounts with my debit cards are being saved to build a new computer.
I dont mind waiting for the price to drop at all seeing as i have a host of things i am doing atm so games arent a priority and until i build my new comp in Early February time i cant really play most of them anyway.

I will start buying more stuff online but i ahve my priorities right now and desperately need this ne comp built ;)

Not jumping to any conclusions, i merely highlighted the fact you posted about not buying online, you also included a :p to suggest something else was meant.

to avoid further confusion in the future maybe be more clearer with your posts, otherwise interpretation maybe evident and not to the way you meant :)

am i the only one who thinks GTL looks cartoony?

(compared to rfactor with texture updates anyway)

Its the same graphics engine, so on high settings with good models/textures they are equal to me

I think GTL is a bot more polished IMO...but then i'm sure rFactor will catch up as more and more quality mods come into the domain :)

Everything is relative. Find a sim with better looking crowd as standard.

Haha indeed well pointed out there Karan...i was making reference to an earlier post by Dave in a different thread...with regards to the release states of the games...

I agree that the crowd does look a bit rubbish but then im sure that's not where the development time went as we can see from the lighting effects and car models :-p

Agreed with Dave... the processing power for a fully 3D crowd is stupid, so you'll usually find it's a 2D texture.

GTLs crowd is better than any I can remember seeing in any sim.
