S.O.S. My PC cannot execute ETC03 & WGTS mods anymore!

I was playing ETC03 mod when the game hanged up. I could exiting the game and killing it with ctrl+alt+supr. Then i tried to play it again but it crashed to desktop before the main menu appeared. So i uninstalled all (mods and F1C)
I installed again all and i still have the same problem, the games doesnt start...
Who can help me? please, help will be very very apreciated.
