One day I'm going to go to Le Mans...and Spa....and Monaco....in fact, I'll probably end up going all the way through Europe, based on any major motorsport events I can get cheap(ish) tickets too.

Actually Gav, my family just came back from a trip to Bathurst and took some photos of the track for me. When I get the camera off them, I'll send them too you if you want.

Nah, it's alright thanks - it's visiting the track during the big race and taking in the atmosphere I want :)

I have a list of tracks I'd like to visit too - Nurby, Le Mans, Spa and Monza, what's left of Rouen, as well as Bathurst.

such a shame that they've torn down all the old pit buildings :( ah well, we're gonna explore it on the journey down to le mans, it's a nice and convenient stop around about half way :)

and on topic: the lucchini has withdrawn :(
