ok found, where can i get the skin that Ian is using (the new vista transparant)

small question: is it possible to increase the resolution of the icons for objectdektop but without losing the quality?

example: Some programs and games don't have high res icons so if i put them in object desktop they look ugly. So is it possibly to increase the resolution without losing the quality

What do you mean by Object Desktop? As far as im aware, Object Desktop isnt a program, its the name of a group of programs? Do you have a screenshot of the bit you mean? I keep thinking you mean ObjectDock (The mac style large icons that enlarge at the side of the screen).

For Object Dock, winCustomise has a load of downloadable PNGs for it that you can use. they are often (99%) high res and look great when zoomed

Looks like Dave has used a combination of Windowblinds and DesktopX! Is desktopx any better now Dave? Last time I tried it it was slow as hell, but then again so was Windowblinds :|

@Iain, I've been using the VistaXP theme made by KoL, its similar to the Arrow theme, but not quite right imo problem is Micro$oft have banned it now so you won't find it anywhere, give me a shout next time your on MSN and I'll send it to you

DesktopX feels quite nice. Takes a few seconds to load a theme obviously, but after that its ok

For the theme its just a Vista one i found ages ago. Maybe the same one as Ian is using

huh? Just type in the name and place and it works. If it has arbroath no doubt it'll have sydney

Unfortunatly my weather station isnt always accurate. Right now, it claims there is thunder and lightning and a temp of 2deg, and in reality is quite sunny and at least 10deg

edit: Im wrong. It was incorrect because it loaded the last weather it had shown before my power went out and the PC died. I reloaded it and it is perfect
