I got the chance to go in there June 2006, took pictures, sat on the bench, imagined some plays in my head, me scoring..... :p

Well I had a slight reason to change mine... and you'll notice I removed Jedi Academy (finished it both as good and evil), and sorted my FM 2008 installation, finally! As well as GTP.

Sorry, I missed this question before. My shortcuts aren't smaller, the screenshot is just sized down. But, if you are in Vista then hold down CTRL and then use the scroll wheel on the mouse to adjust icon size on the desktop.
