Chealsea were taken over by some Russian Oil Tycoon with Billions of Dollars of free cash.
Any player the manager want, this guy pays for out of his own pocket. If someone else wants him, this guy just keeps bidding!
He's spent something stupid like about £60 million on players, that's on top of the £200m he bought the club for. He says it's a hobby! Like little kids collect the models of player from cereal packets, but he collects the real thing!
But Chealsea will still be crap because you can't just win by buying good players.
