I don't know if you've seen my post concerning this [www.grandprixgames.org], but the shape is only wrong in fp, in quali and race it is correct, as you can see at this pic of the German GP coverage. You only have to update the testing.ini :)

Mclaren Mercedes Statement

We at Mclaren don't take kindly to being stabbed in the back by our drivers. When Juan-Pablo turned his back on us, we terminated his contract. Today we are doing the same for Sebastian Vettel meaning Ryan Briscoe will complete the remainder of the season as our second race driver along with his testing duties.

RED BULL RACING

We are delighted to welcome Seb to the Red Bull family for the next season of racing and we are stoked to have him on board.

We will also be focusing in reliability for the next test.

Actually I'm afraid that after looking at the rules that this won't be possible as each team is required to have a minimum of three drivers during the season.

Mclaren Mercedes Statement

Mclaren Mercedes can confirm that JohnWarrington has stepped down from his role as Mclaren team principal. A new team principle will be announced shortly

Why exactly? I understand why you might be annoyed but it's not exactly the end of the world...

But if you're serious about this I can find a replacement.

I've been debating it since I knew I'd be taking over the perfs.

In my opinion handling the perfs along with running races makes being a manager a conflict of interest. Plus with the waiting list so long it will be good to give someone a go in the series. Speaking of running races, I am available to run however many you need me to run

Right, regarding the current situation at McLaren, whilst I would usually offer it to the next person on the waiting list I have had two current managers state their interest in taking over the team. This has put me in a slight dilemma as Chris used to allow the managers currently participating in the series to switch teams when a vacancy arose, so I would very much appreciate your opinions on this as to whether we A) offer it to the next person on the waiting list or b) offer it to one of the current managers who have stated their interest and awarding the position by either a first come first served basis or to the one who has been in the series for longer.

I think it doesn't matter, even if a other manager switches teams, another team will be open for the first person on the waiting list

my two pence:
throw the dice. Whoever was first to ask for getting McLaren against the Waiting List. Whoever has the higher number, will be asked. So if the waiting list wins, everyone has to be asked, if the manager wins, he may get the team and the other one gets free.
@ twigster..A would say option B..let the current managers have the offer to change teams, that to me is the best way :)

Thanks
Flip a coin for the McLaren manager job, give the team they left to the next member on the waiting list...

As a waiting list manager I wouldn't mind taking over whichever teams came available. I think the ideas about throwing coins or dice is nice.
Personally I'd give it to whoever asked first out of the original owners

I'm still here, and it would be a pleasure to run Mclaren, but it's not really my decision. I'm happy with whatever happens.
Offer the Mclaren job to the next person on the list :)
