problems with CSM manager

I get this error when trying to launch

Could not open logfile 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Infogrames\Grand Prix 4\gpxdata\log\gpxupload.txt: No such file or directory

It then launches and then immediately crashes.

I'm running 64 bit Vista with a decent computer.
