How To Get HQ Graphics?

Hi. How do all of you get such awesome graphics in the mods? My game quality is still no better than the original game. I have 2005 and 2006 mod installed.

Set the first line in the graphics.cfg to 1 (default is 0).

Okay, but still, from TV Cam, the car looks quite bad. Also, even though I have Steering Help disabled, it still helps me, and this is annoying me. How do I fix it?

use team tweaker to set cars\wheels\tyres to lod 1 its on the last tab, also in graphics config set number of mips to 1
