"Despite we have announced our official S7 Lineup some weeks ago,we have to change it as there are some changes in the testing section.Following our boss's problem to find a good test seat,we have decided to not confirm Jake Legge for S7.We're very sorry for that,Jake has good chances to become a good driver.By the way,he has more chances to find a competitive test seat in a top team than our boss,which will claim(obviously) the #1 test driver status while Ricardo Van Smirren will be demoted to #2 test driver."

Wow, very sorry for Jake. That's not gentleman's behavior at Scala GP.

Either way, now Scala GP does what MPR did last season, that is having two team owners in test seats. And when one of their race drivers should become inactive, they will have the same problem. Well, let's simply hope that their race drivers stay active.

I've been forced mate.As I didn't find any team disponible for giving me a test seat.Btw,I informed Jake of the possible sack 4-5 days before of deciding that,just to give him the chance to look around.He will have more chances than me to find a better test seat,as he isn't a teamboss

I simply hope that it doesn't happen

I don't agree with this at all. I will be contacting Jake and asking him whether he wishes to take action against Scala GP.

EDIT: Just read the follow up from Matteo - never mind Not sure about having two team bosses as testers in the same team, mind.

Yeh i was going to mention that... surely then Scala now face the same problem as MPR did? Ah well im not 100% on this ruling so i will leave it to other people to worry about . To be fair it would probably be quite easy to get a test seat in a team for you matteo as Snake have 2, Christel 1, Shadow 1.

Anyway i can confirm that i am carrying on into Season 7 exactly as season 6 finished, same helmet, same team. Interested to see who my testing team-mate will be though...

Like I've said before, teams should not be allowed to have two drivers in testing positions who can't step up to race for the team in case they're needed. I know this is how I managed to make my race début, but it just doesn't seem right, especially when we have so many other rules.
