I've been busy this afternoon trying to come up with a logo. This is my initial concept idea? thoughts/opinions? (i'm aware of the quality of my drawing being awful!)

Hi all i have been away from the series and i seriously do not have the time to catch up right now. I am happy not having a car since i do not have the time/cannot paint one but i would love to have some input into the series. If it helps i have a ustream account so i can live stream a race if that would interest people ( of course providing it works on tests)

Also lads i had an idea to keep interest where you earn extra perf points to spend based on your race/quali performance. i am purely spouting though

Race hard!

Lovely Belgium Car Neoliot. Can you send it to me so that i can start compiling for the League mod? I'll PM you my e-mail address :)

@icky - spout away with your ideas mate - that's what this first GPGNC thread is for. Once we have a full entry list, an official team launch thread will be made for the team owners to launch their cars, and this will contain the absolute finalised set of rules, so until that time, all ideas welcomed

Will we be using the no wing version of the helmet?

err, possibly. Gonna need some advice on helmet shape - i've never modded helmets on GP4 before, so i don't really know what's hot and what's not!

Well, I suppose Phil (msater) means the Arai GP-5 RC from Maikel (MDBSnake).

You can find it here!!!

There are three versions of the helmet:
1. Wing -
2. no Wing -
3. wing??? - visor transparent

I prefer option 1 as it looks best, IMO. But I have to admit that it's easier to convert textures which are painted on Arai 2005 shape to the no wing version than to the wing one. So maybe we should vote on that ;-)

I agree, i find it impossible to successfully paint the winged version =S

@NeoLiot, im assuming those pictures are from zmodeler, if so, how do you get the side on view to line up perfectly?

seems to be a fairly positive swing towards the non wing version, so that's the one we'll go for. Thanks to JohnMaverick :)

@ Will Ward. how is it that after you dumped the thread, and changed your thread topic to show that you had lost interest in Grand Prix 4, and that you did not want to run the league any more, and thereby letting down all of those members here that had entered, you are participating in this league with a team? You did not even post a decent explanation in your thread or apologise to everyone that had joined! You have more front than Myers as we say here in Oz. As you are no longer running the series, I think you should remove that signature pic and the link to the now defunct thread. Fortunately harjinator has stepped up to the plate and taken on the job of running a Nations Cup League. Unbelievable!
